Founder, The Nitty Gritty
Hi, I’m Adam.
I started in hospitality at 18 and have spent my career running venues, leading teams, improving performance and taking ideas from a conversation to an opening night.
That has included small businesses with only a handful of people, large operations with multiple revenue streams and regional responsibility for annual turnover in excess of £10 million.
My experience covers the day-to-day operation and the bigger projects around it: people, systems, financial performance, refurbishments, builds, brands, concepts and menus.
I created The Nitty Gritty to give hospitality owners and operators the kind of support that is useful after the meeting has finished.
